2011 is just days away, and that means now is the time that anyone and everyone looks back at 2010 and decides on who really stood out from the rest of the pack throughout the year. Personally, I think Justin Bieber should be a little higher, Demi Lovato should be a little lower, and Vanessa Hudgens should be a lot lower. Also, while I don’t really think RPattz deserves to be higher, I’m really surprised that he isn’t.
