Get ready to return to the Lab, because the next chapter in the world of MrBeast Lab is almost here, and this time, the stakes are higher than ever before!
After introducing audiences to a rather unusual team of creatures through a collection of animated shorts, the popular toy brand from MrBeast and Moose Toys is preparing to take its adventures to the next level with an all-new animated series arriving on YouTube November 1.
And with the release of the show’s official trailer, fans are getting their first look at what awaits the Beasts as they face a dangerous new chapter in their fight to protect Earth.
Created by Jimmy Donaldson, better known to millions of fans as MrBeast, MrBeast Lab follows a team of extraordinary animal-like creatures brought to life through Pandemonium, a mysterious living energy fueled by creativity. Together, the Beasts were created to defend the world against the Shroud, a group of dangerous shadow creatures threatening everything around them.
But their last adventure came with a rather heartbreaking turn.
Following the events of the original animated shorts, the Lab was destroyed, and Banana made the ultimate sacrifice to save his friends. With their home gone and the Shroud continuing to close in, the remaining Beasts now find themselves facing an uncertain future.
That is, until a mysterious signal suggests that Banana might not be gone after all.
Determined to bring his friend home, Panthar sets out on a new mission that could change everything for the team. But as the Beasts begin following the signal, they may discover that they aren’t the only ones listening.
The upcoming first season will feature eight episodes, totaling approximately 100 minutes of animated storytelling, marking a significant expansion from the original collection of ten three-minute shorts.
And those earlier adventures have already found quite an audience, with the shorts generating more than 66 million views as the creative team worked to develop and refine the animation.
The new series also builds upon the success of the MrBeast Lab toy collection, which was named the top toy brand globally across Circana’s G12 markets in 2024. Now, the characters that children have come to know through the collectible figures are getting another opportunity to establish themselves through a larger, connected story.
Behind the scenes, MrBeast Lab is produced by Beast Industries and Moose Toys, with Studio Moshi returning to handle the animation. Ben Bjelajac and Michael Cruz serve as showrunners, while Mike Roberts, who directed the original shorts, returns as consulting producer.
With a missing friend, a dangerous enemy and plenty of mysteries still waiting to be uncovered, the new series is bringing a much bigger adventure to the world of MrBeast Lab.
And for fans who have been wondering what happened to Banana, it looks like the answers may finally be on their way.
