There is a new chapter on the horizon for Masha, and this time, the adventures aren’t going to be limited to the screen.
With Animaccord preparing to introduce audiences to Masha and the Three Bears in 2027, the upcoming animated series is already beginning to expand beyond its television debut. And while we are still waiting to discover more about the new story and its characters, it looks like young fans will soon have an opportunity to experience this world for themselves.
Animaccord has officially announced a new partnership with Ground Control Entertainment to bring the first Masha and the Three Bears Family Entertainment Center to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, marking the franchise’s first dedicated family entertainment destination in the Middle East.
The new attraction will be inspired by the upcoming animated series, which introduces a new story centered around Masha and her friends, the Three Bear brothers. Set within a forest environment, the series will feature its own cast of characters and adventures, establishing a world that will serve as the foundation for the new entertainment experience.
And based on the early details, it looks like there will be quite a bit for younger audiences to explore.
Rather than simply recreating familiar locations from the series, the new center is being developed around interactive experiences that will allow children to become part of the world themselves. Among the planned attractions is the home of the Three Bear brothers, alongside multi-level soft-play areas, slides, climbing structures and activity courses.
There will also be opportunities for creative workshops, role-playing activities and character experiences, giving families different ways to engage with the characters and setting beyond watching their adventures unfold on screen.
What makes this announcement particularly interesting is the timing.
Masha and the Three Bears has yet to make its official animated debut, but Animaccord is already working to establish a larger entertainment presence around the new property. It’s a move that suggests the company is looking beyond the series itself and considering how children will interact with these characters through different forms of entertainment.
And given the continued international recognition of Masha and the Bear, there is certainly an established audience familiar with the Masha name. However, Masha and the Three Bears is being introduced as its own property, with a new story and characters that will have an opportunity to establish their own identities.
For younger viewers, that could make the upcoming center an interesting extension of the series, particularly as the forest setting and the Three Bear brothers’ home provide a natural foundation for imaginative play and exploration.
Of course, there are still some questions surrounding the project, including exactly when the attraction will open and what additional experiences may be included in the finished location.
For now, Animaccord and Ground Control Entertainment have confirmed that further details about the Riyadh destination, its attractions and potential additional locations across the region will be shared at a later date.
Masha and the Three Bears is currently scheduled to premiere in 2027, with its first family entertainment center also planned for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
