After months of trailers, music, dinosaurs and plenty of anticipation, the PAW Patrol’s biggest rescue yet has officially arrived.
And now you can bring the adventure home.
“PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie” made its Digital debut on September 29, giving families their first opportunity to watch the pups’ latest big-screen adventure from home. But for everyone who still likes having a movie physically sitting on the shelf—or might already be thinking about what is going underneath the tree this holiday season—the adventure isn’t finished yet.
Paramount will release “PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie” on Blu-ray and DVD on November 17, 2026, with the Blu-ray also including a digital code so families can take the pups and their prehistoric friends along wherever their next adventure leads.
And after following this movie for months, it feels almost strange to finally say it: “PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie” is here.
Directed by Cal Brunker and written by Brunker and Bob Barlen, the 88-minute adventure sends the PAW Patrol somewhere considerably more prehistoric than Adventure Bay when the pups crash-land on a mysterious dinosaur island. There, they meet Rex, a dino-expert pup who knows his way around the island and its rather enormous inhabitants.
Naturally, Mayor Humdinger isn’t particularly interested in making their unexpected trip easy.
His latest greedy scheme triggers a massive volcanic eruption, leaving the pups, Rex and their new dinosaur friends racing to save the island in what is billed as the PAW Patrol’s biggest rescue yet.
The film features a voice cast including Carter Young, Mckenna Grace, Terry Crews, Jennifer Hudson, Jameela Jamil, Paris Hilton and Snoop Dogg, while introducing Henry Bolan.
But the home release isn’t simply sending families back to dinosaur island for another viewing.
There is plenty more waiting behind the scenes.
One of the featured extras, “On Patrol With Backstreet Boys,” follows the Backstreet Boys as they record their PAW Patrol anthem and discuss what the pups mean to them and their families. Considering just how much fun we’ve already had following the musical side of “The Dino Movie,” getting another look at how “Bottle Up” came together feels like a particularly fitting addition to the home release.
Young dinosaur fans can dig a little deeper with “Dinosaurs Galore!!!,” which introduces new dino pals Timmy and Rhubarb while taking viewers behind the scenes with the animators responsible for bringing them to life.
“The All-Star PAW Patrol Cast” turns the attention toward the voices behind the adventure, with Jennifer Hudson, Mckenna Grace, Terry Crews and more discussing how they brought the movie’s characters to life.
Then it’s time to get up and move.
The home release includes the “Bottle Up” music video from Backstreet Boys as well as a sing-along version of the song, so yes, parents, there is a very real possibility you’re going to know every word whether you planned to or not.
A lyric video for Ava Max’s upbeat “Work” is also included, bringing even more of the movie’s music home with the pups.
For families who have followed the road to “The Dino Movie,” the Digital and upcoming physical releases mark the final step in a journey that has continually gotten bigger. What started with another PAW Patrol adventure eventually brought together dinosaurs, a massive rescue, an all-star cast and some rather recognizable names on the soundtrack.
Now it can all become part of family movie night.
“PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie” is available to watch at home on Digital now. The film arrives on Blu-ray and DVD November 17, just in time for families beginning to build those holiday wish lists.
So clear a little space on the movie shelf.
Grab your favorite pup.
Maybe invite a dinosaur or two.
The PAW Patrol’s biggest rescue has finally come home.
