A “Polly Pocket x Netflix Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew” Compact Is on the Way

It looks like we may soon be able to carry a little piece of Narnia around in our pockets.

And really, there are few worlds better suited for that.

As we continue to wait for more from Netflix’s upcoming “Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew,” the first product listings have begun appearing online for a rather magical new collaboration: Polly Pocket x Netflix Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew Compact.

Yes, Polly Pocket is apparently heading to Narnia.

For now, however, we’re going to have to keep our excitement—and our wallets—under control. The product has only begun appearing through early online listings and is not currently in stock. An Amazon listing has also surfaced, but the product page is not yet live with additional information.

That means we don’t currently have a release date, price, official product images or details about exactly what will be included inside the compact.

Still, the name alone gives us something interesting to look forward to.

Polly Pocket’s compact format feels particularly well suited to the world of “Narnia,” where stepping through an otherwise ordinary object can lead somewhere considerably more magical. Exactly how “The Magician’s Nephew” will be interpreted inside one of Polly Pocket’s tiny playsets remains a mystery, but there is certainly plenty of material to pull from.

And perhaps most interestingly, the listing specifically carries the “Netflix Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew” name, directly connecting the upcoming collectible with Netflix’s adaptation rather than simply the wider “Chronicles of Narnia” property.

For now, though, that’s about as far as we can go.

There are no official details revealing what the compact looks like, which characters might be included or what locations could be recreated inside. Until Mattel, Netflix or retailers reveal more, anything beyond the product’s currently listed name would simply be speculation.

But the door—or perhaps the wardrobe—is beginning to crack open.

A “Polly Pocket x Netflix Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew Compact” is on the way.

Now we just need to see what’s waiting inside.
