Ready for the encore?
There is little questioning the absolute pop-culture force that the one and only Netflix global hit KPop Demon Hunters has become.
Now, with toy ranges hitting retailers around the globe, we’re once again seeing the fever surrounding our now-legendary demon-hunting trio in full force. Merchandise is quickly selling out, never mind positioning itself near the top of many holiday wish lists as we head into the final months of the year.
But don’t think the KPop Demon Hunters card collection from Kayou has been forgotten among all that merchandise.
Hardly.
It’s time for an encore.
A second series of the card collection is officially headed our way, giving fans another reason to get their wallets ready for an all-new collecting hunt.
And some fans will get an early opportunity to join in.
Teased with an early-access release planned for this year’s New York Comic Con in October, Series 2 is preparing to enter the spotlight before the holiday season gets fully underway.
Perhaps even more interesting is the packaging itself.
Styled after the movie’s closing anthem, “This Is What It Sounds Like,” the Series 2 packaging appears ready to bring fans right back to the epic finale — fitting for a second collection arriving after KPop Demon Hunters has already proven there is plenty of demand for an encore.
And really, what better way to close out the year?
HUNTR/X may have already taken their final bow on screen.
But when it comes to KPop Demon Hunters collectibles, it certainly doesn’t sound like the show is over just yet.
