Get Ready To Slay With New Track From “Vampirina” Season Two

With October just around the corner, it’s all in for spooky season fun.

And part of Disney’s lineup this year includes the awaited second season of the live-action series Vampirina.

Headed back to our screens in early October, viewers will jump right back into Vee’s life as she continues striving for the stage while navigating all the complications that come with being a vampire.

And after the events of last season, it looks like tests may be the very least of Vee’s concerns this time around.

While keeping her fangs in check may be getting more challenging, one thing Vee certainly isn’t holding back on is her music.

Ahead of the new season, Disney has released the first brand-new song, “Let The Monster Out.”

Music has always had a way of releasing our inner feelings and desires, and that appears to be exactly the case with this latest track.

“Let The Monster Out” doesn’t feel like a confession of pent-up feelings alone. Instead, it plays almost like a new anthem for Vee as she becomes increasingly willing — and bold enough — to let her fangs out and allow her true nature as a vampire to finally slip out of the coffin and into the world.

While the song is upbeat and fun, its message makes one thing increasingly clear:

Vee isn’t holding back anymore.

She’s ready to live as her authentic self without hesitation, already placing her in a drastically different position from the girl we first met.

But while being yourself can be freeing, that doesn’t always mean it’s going to make life easier.

And perhaps that will become Vee’s newest challenge.

Season Two may not simply be about earning her place at school or continuing down the path toward becoming an artist. Instead, Vee may have to discover what it means to fully embrace every part of herself when doing so inevitably makes things more complicated.

After all, accepting who you are is one thing.

Holding onto that confidence when it’s tested is another.

Vee is ready to let the monster out.

Now she’ll have to discover what happens once everyone else can see it too.

A new stage has begun.
