The fall season may be synonymous with slower days as we transition into colder weather.
But that doesn’t seem to be the message we’re getting straight out of Equestria.
Though we may be looking forward to the 2027 arrival of the next chapter in the My Little Pony saga, Hasbro is already kicking things into high gear with the rollout of new music.
What started with a new series theme in July was followed by character tracks for Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie. Now, that musical rollout has led to another new release for the forthcoming 2027 iteration.
This time, it’s DJ Pon-3 on the remix with a new spin on the opening theme.
While this latest release may not give us many additional insights into what awaits us in the new series, it does continue to suggest that music will play a significant role in establishing the identity of this next era of My Little Pony.
And really, who better to help with that than Equestria’s resident DJ?
Between a new theme, character songs and now a remix, Hasbro certainly isn’t waiting until 2027 to start building the soundtrack for our return to Equestria.
If this is how quickly things are moving before the new chapter even begins, it doesn’t sound like Equestria plans on slowing down anytime soon.
