Spider-Man Swings Into Family Game Night With Hasbro’s Classic Board Games

The excitement surrounding Spider-Man: Brand New Day isn’t staying inside movie theaters.

As audiences continue swinging to the big screen for Marvel’s latest blockbuster, Hasbro is giving families another way to celebrate everyone’s favorite web-slinger by bringing Spider-Man into some of the company’s most iconic board games.

From Monopoly and Connect 4 to Chutes and Ladders, Yahtzee Jr. and Guess Who?, Hasbro has reimagined several of its classic family games with Spider-Man-inspired gameplay, characters and artwork, extending the excitement of the film into family game nights.

Rather than simply adding Spider-Man artwork to existing games, each title introduces gameplay inspired by Marvel’s iconic heroes and villains.

In Connect 4: Marvel Spider-Man Edition, players face off as Peter Parker and Miles Morales, replacing the traditional colored discs with Spider-themed game pieces. Chutes and Ladders: Marvel Spider-Man Edition lets players journey across the board as fan-favorite heroes and villains including Spider-Man, White Tiger, Iron Spider, Black Cat, Green Goblin, Rhino and more.

Younger Marvel fans can also jump into Spidey and His Amazing Friends Yahtzee Jr., where familiar characters from the preschool series replace traditional dice combinations, while Monopoly Junior: Marvel Spidey and His Amazing Friends Edition transforms the classic property-trading game into a neighborhood-saving adventure featuring Spidey, Ghost-Spider and Ms. Marvel.

Meanwhile, older fans can experience Monopoly: Marvel Spider-Man, which trades buying properties for capturing supervillains, complete with Daily Bugle cards, subway shortcuts and special gameplay inspired by the Spider-Verse.

Rounding out the lineup is Marvel Guess Who?, allowing players to identify legendary Marvel heroes including Spider-Man, Captain America, Black Panther, Black Widow and many more.

The collection reflects a growing trend across entertainment, where blockbuster films are increasingly extending their reach beyond the theater through games, toys and interactive family experiences. Rather than ending when the credits roll, today’s biggest franchises continue finding new ways to become part of everyday play.

For Hasbro, the collection also reinforces its long-standing partnership with Marvel, continuing to expand the superhero universe across tabletop gaming, collectibles and family entertainment.

As Spider-Man: Brand New Day continues generating excitement around the world, these reimagined board games offer fans another opportunity to bring the Marvel Universe home—proving that sometimes the next adventure begins not on the big screen, but around the kitchen table.
