“Minecraft” Creepers and “Harry Potter” Potions Get Hands-On with New WeCool Toys Collections

“Minecraft” Creepers and “Harry Potter” Potions Get Hands-On with New WeCool Toys Collections

There is nothing quite like taking something fans already love and giving them a whole new way to play with it.

From building blocky worlds filled with Creepers to brewing magical potions worthy of a Hogwarts classroom, two massive franchises are about to get a little more hands-on as WeCool Toys expands its licensed collection with Minecraft and Harry Potter.

And rather than simply putting familiar characters onto existing products, these new releases are leaning directly into the worlds that inspired them.

For Minecraft, WeCool is bringing the game’s instantly recognizable blocky aesthetic into its Butter Cloudz compound line. Leading the collection is the Creeper Cube, a lime-scented sensory play set filled with bingsu bead mix-ins, molds and accessories inspired by the massively popular game.

Considering how much of Minecraft itself is built around creating, experimenting and turning simple blocks into practically anything players can imagine, translating that experience into tactile creative play feels like a natural extension beyond the screen.

But Minecraft isn’t the only world getting a little squishy.

Things are about to become considerably more magical with Harry Potter, as WeCool turns some of the Wizarding World’s most memorable potions into slime-based play experiences.

Young witches and wizards will be able to experiment with sets inspired by Polyjuice Potion, Love Potion and Felix Felicis, better known as Liquid Luck. A cauldron-style slime set is also joining the collection, allowing fans to bring a little bit of potion-making magic into their own homes.

And for fans who prefer crafting over concocting, Hedwig is getting in on the fun with a new 3D sticker and card maker inspired by Harry’s famous snowy owl.

It is an interesting pairing of licenses for WeCool because both lend themselves particularly well to imaginative play.

Minecraft has always encouraged players to create their own worlds, while Harry Potter made generations of fans wonder what it might actually be like to mix a potion, cast a spell or receive their own invitation to Hogwarts. These new collections take pieces of those experiences and turn them into something kids can actually touch, mix, mold and create themselves.

Better yet, fans won’t have too long to wait.

The new Minecraft and Harry Potter collections from WeCool Toys are launching globally for fall and winter 2026, with products planned for mass-market and specialty retailers.

So whether your idea of a good afternoon involves avoiding a Creeper explosion or making sure you don’t accidentally turn yourself into someone else with Polyjuice Potion, some very messy adventures are on the way.
