Life, well, happens. No matter your age or what your day-to-day looks like, everyone feels the weight of stress and its impact on mental health. While this is a universal experience, how we approach and navigate those conversations can vary.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, True and the Rainbow Kingdom is helping to break down those barriers with an all-new collection of content designed for younger audiences.
Arriving on YouTube and YouTube Kids, fans can reconnect with their favorite characters through interactive shorts focused on mindfulness, meditation, and calming storytelling. These moments are designed to offer simple, accessible ways for kids and families to engage with mental wellness in a meaningful way.
Throughout May, new content will roll out with a focus on emotional well-being—from ASMR-style relaxation videos to guided breathing exercises that can be incorporated into daily routines when anxiety begins to rise. Not only does this allow fans to see familiar characters in more relatable settings, but it also opens the door for important conversations around mental health at home.
This initiative also marks the beginning of a broader content rollout under the True & You banner. Expanding into the summer, fans can expect a variety of formats, including action-packed Mini-Rescues highlighting True’s problem-solving skills, lighthearted moments with Bartleby Bites, and even back-to-school themed content.
At a time when screen time continues to rise and daily stressors are becoming more prevalent in an increasingly connected world, this shift toward mindful, intentional content is not only timely—it’s impactful. By meeting kids where they are, True and the Rainbow Kingdom is helping to create space for healthier conversations around what mental health is and how to navigate it.
