Rock This August At Camp Rock In Third Installment

After years away from the lakeside stage filled with music, rivalries and unforgettable performances, fans are finally returning to where one of Disney’s most iconic musical stories first began.

Coming this August to Disney+ is the long-awaited next chapter in the beloved franchise, Camp Rock 3.

Though the film’s release is still a little ways off, new details surrounding the story, soundtrack and next generation of campers have officially been released ahead of the next wave of promotional material.

The newest installment sees Jonas Brothers return to their iconic roles as Connect 3. After the band suddenly loses their opening act ahead of a major reunion tour, Shane, Nate and Jason Gray find themselves heading back to Camp Rock in search of fresh new talent ready to take the spotlight.

As expected, the competition quickly heats up with a brand-new generation of campers all hoping for their chance to shine. Among them is Sage, an ambitious newcomer determined to stand above the rest, even if it means clashing with her brother Desi along the way. Alongside cello prodigy Rosie, energetic drummer Cliff and rebellious guitarist Fletch, emotions and rivalries quickly begin to collide as friendships form under the pressure of chasing their dreams.

Music once again stands at the center of the experience, with the upcoming film featuring brand-new original songs alongside returning favorites from previous entries in the franchise. The soundtrack itself is also set to blend together a wide range of styles including Disney pop, country, K-pop, R&B, hip-hop and folk.

Alongside the return of the Jonas Brothers, familiar faces including Demi Lovato and Maria Canals-Barrera help bridge together the nostalgic legacy of the original films with this brand-new era of campers ready to leave their own mark on Camp Rock.

With a fresh lineup of rising stars, new emotional storylines and the return of one of Disney Channel’s most recognizable musical franchises, Camp Rock 3 is shaping up to be one of the biggest nostalgic events of the summer season.
