Episode two of Kids Baking Championship Season 13 will be here on January 13th as Amazing Animals: Macaronimals premieres on Food Network. So far we have really enjoyed the animal focus to the challenges and this episode we will get Duff showing the kids how to bake macaron batter, which we are excited for because we always want to learn something while watching these shows. After they go over the batter, the kids will need to create an animal habitat, that is also edible for these macaron animals.
We are really enjoying Season 13 of Kids Baking Championship as it have a fun overall theme going for it and the kids are doing a great job so far with the bakes.

Amazing Animals: Macaronimals
Hosts and judges Duff Goldman and Kardea Brown have noticed that a particular dessert can be easily shaped into animals like a turtle, a panda or a frog … but the dessert itself can be tricky. So, for the macaron animals challenge, Duff shows the kid bakers how to create a silky smooth macaron batter before baking time starts. Then, since the animal macarons need a place to rest, the bakers must give their animals an edible habitat to hang out in.
