The highly successful novel Wolf Girl from Australia’s Anh Do’s will be getting the optionated treatment as it will get an upcoming film adaptation, but first here in the US it will be released by Harpercollins Children’s Books in March of 2025. The story has Gwen, a girl who gets separated from her family and finds a new family of canine friends as she struggles to survive in the adventure-thriller. The book series is geared towards the 8 – 12 year audience, but we think that the movie will be something that the whole family will enjoy. We are wondering how they will do the dogs and wolves for Wolf Girl though, CGI or actual animals.
