We finally know the fate of All Around Champion from the BYUtv network, and it is good news indeed. All Around Champion will be coming back for a season 6 based on the information we have gotten, and they even have a fun picture with Perdita Felicien, the retired Olympic hurdler who does a wonderful job hosting the show. We have loved seeing the kids compete in the sports, and it is a fun family show, especially for kids that are also playing sports themselves. The way the show works is the athlete that is selected for the show will compete in events that they do not do, and then also help coach the event that they compete in with a guest coach that is well known in the sport. Each athlete will get points (and bonus points) based on how they do in the other contestant’s sports, as well as bonus points for how they deal with adversity and sportsmanship. At the end of the season there is an Arcahtlon, which will determine the winner.
If we had to pick our sports for season 6 it would be a mix of summer and winter sports with diving, golf, swimming, curling, tennis, boxing as they have been our favorites so far. Stay tuned for more All Around Champion season 6 information.
