The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will feature guest stars lending their voice to some fun characters and we now have a list that includes: Lizzo, Lil Nas X, Chance the Rapper, Normani, Tiffany Haddish, Gabrielle Union, Lena Waithe, James Pickens Jr., Marsai Martin, Jaden Smith, Bretman Rock, Debbie Allen, Lamorne Morris, Jane Lynch, Glynn Turman, Courtney B. Vance, Leslie Odom Jr., Anthony Anderson, Al Roker, Brenda Song, Tina Knowles, Eva Longoria, Holly Robinson Peete, Laurie Hernandez, Dominique Dawes, Gabby Douglas and even more it says! We think this is such a great way to get this show to a new generation, as well as bring back the original fans, by bringing in the level of talent that they have had.
Picking up the story of its central character Penny Proud, the new series will also include her madcap family: parents Oscar and Trudy, twin siblings BeBe and CeCe, and her grandmother Suga Mama (and Puff!). Of course, it would not be “The Proud Family” without Penny’s loyal crew Dijonay Jones, LaCienega Boulevardez and Zoey Howzer, among others.
