Disney Channel Movie Spin Will Be Aspirational

Spin will be coming to Disney Channel on Friday, August 13th and this DCOM will include an international cast including Avantika as Rhea, Abhay Deol as Arvind, Meera Syal Grandmother Asha, Aryan Simhadri as Rohan, Michael Bishop as Max, Anna Cathcart as Molly, Jahbril Cook as Watson and Kerri Medders as Ginger.

The story of Spin will be about Rhea who has a very busy life with her clubs, working at her family restaurant finding the time to learn all about the DJ world. Music is a big part of Rhea’s life and losing her mother who was a musician only makes this connection stronger. We will get a story that sees Rhea follow her dream. We are loving the fact that Anna Cathcart gets to play Molly, one of Rhea’s good friends. The story here is going to be enjoyable for the family and bringing in the DJ aspect is going to really hit with the teenagers, so we are looking forward to watching.
