Best Baker in America New Season Premieres Monday, May 3rd at 9pm ET/PT
Ten world-class bakers compete for bragging rights and a cash prize in this competition hosted by Carla Hall. This season, the baking challenges focus on creating elegant and delicious versions of classic American desserts from 16 different states. Bakers from across the U.S. first face a master challenge that tests their technical skills and prowess working with specific flavors and ingredients. The least successful bakers must bake to save themselves from elimination in a bake-off round. Then judges Gesine Prado and Jason Smith join Carla in deciding which bakers possess the artistry and creativity to advance, with one baker earning the grand prize of $25,000 and the title of Best Baker in America.
