Nickelodeon is bring us ZJ Sparkleton (working title) in 2022 and the 2D animated series will be geared towards the 6-11 year old crowd. The animated comedy will be 26 half-hour episodes in the first season as we learn more about Ruby and her alien friend ZJ Sparkleton as they film their adventures around town. Ruby is a 10-year-old vlogger who finds out her channel follower is a space alien ZJ Sparkleton and she gets to teach him all about Earth as he learns to control his powers. We also get a fun talking squirrel that will join them on this adventure.
Looking forward to seeing all of the ZJ Sparkleton and Ruby toys as well when the show releases. Will be fun if they can incorporate some sort of vlogging aspect into the toys as well. Can’t wait to see some of the concept art and trailers when they are released.

In ZJ Sparkleton, quirky 10-year-old vlogger Ruby discovers her only video channel follower is a tail-zapping space alien from the planet Pudge named ZJ Sparkleton, and they quickly become best friends. Along with their friend Earl, a talking con-man squirrel, Ruby teaches ZJ about her version of Earth, while ZJ learns to control his unpredictable powers.
