The Virtual Unicorn Experience is another amazing Phoebe and Her Unicorn books. This is a fantastic book, and I couldn’t stop reading it. In fact, I read it in just about hour it was so good! I really enjoy all the Phoebe and Her Unicorn books. It won’t be long before my family reads it. They love these books as much as I do! This book had a lot of short stories and I would like to talk about a few that really stuck out. One of them is when Phoebe and her class goes on a field trip. I really enjoyed seeing Dakota and Max when her class went to a science museum and Max found a virtual reality set. Another one that was super good was when Marigold gives Phoebe a glimpse into the world of unicorns.
Another one I really liked is the short story when we get to see Phoebe at school. It is really cool that we get to see other kids with Phoebe. In this short story Phoebe wants to be better at sports, but how? We also get to see a new character in this story. One of the other short stories I would like to mention is when Phoebe has trouble with her phone and hopes to get a new one for Christmas. But there is an upside Phoebe doesn’t have anything to do with her hands, so Marigold gets a new hairdo! Marigolds can’t stop thinking about the horror in the world, things in the world that aren’t unicorns! Another story that stood out to me was when Dakota comes over to Phoebe’s house! What is going on! All of these short stories are a work of art. Dana Simpson is truly a genius! I would read her books all day!
Marigold Heavenly Nostrils is one magical unicorn—and she knows it! But sometimes it’s harder for humans like Phoebe to understand that they can be magical, too. In the latest Phoebe and Her Unicorn adventure, the pair visits the science museum, tests out an extra-special virtual unicorn reality, and performs in the school talent show. With the help of her best friend and an emergency sparkle transfusion, Phoebe learns about confidence, empathy, and resilience—and even how to live without her cellphone. It’s all part of the very real excitement of Virtual Unicorn Experience.
