THE GHOST AND MOLLY MCGEE – Logo. (Disney Channel)
While The Ghost And Molly McGee may have premiered earlier if things were, well, different, it seems that the show now has a 2021 release, which is really not all that far away. While we do not have any new info, it seems that the logo picture once again was released and it gives us the opportunity to talk about the show again.
In The Ghost And Molly McGee, which will be an animated comedy, we have Molly McGee (Ashly Burch) a tween optimist getting stuck with the grumpy ghost Scratch after a failed curse. The stark difference between their two personalities is going to make for some fun and interesting situations for the two of them. We will see if there is an end game of trying to get them separated and how that plays into the story.
A buddy comedy that follows tween optimist Molly McGee (voiced by Ashly Burch), who lives to make the world a better place, and grumpy ghost Scratch (voiced by Dana Snyder), whose job is to spread misery. When one of Scratch’s curses backfires, he finds himself forever bound to Molly. Produced by Disney Television Animation, Emmy® Award-winning duo Bill Motz and Bob Roth (“LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures”) serve as creators/executive producers, and Emmy Award-winner Steve Loter (“Kim Possible”) serves as executive producer.
