HOP POP, ANNE, POLLY SPRIG, THE CURATOR

Amphibia, The Muppets, Gravity Falls, this week of Amphibia with “Swamp and Sensibility” and “Wax Museum” that airs Saturday, August 8th will have it all. In “Swamp and Sensibility” Anne finds an old friend and will try to help him become his true self, so this is interesting as Anne is on the road, but this episode will have Crumpet the Frog, voiced by Kermit the Frog and Wigbert, who is voiced by Hugh Bonneville. This sounds fun but we are really excited for the second episode this week.

In Amphibia’s “Wax Museum” we are going to get a chance to be introduced to a roadside oddities museum that is very familiar to Gravity Falls fans. Not only do we get Alex Hirsch doing the voices, but we are getting a Curator character along with a Frog Soos! The picture we have of the Curator is Gruncle Stan, so this will be a great episode.

This episode of “Amphibia” airs Saturday, Aug. 8 (8:22-8:44 P.M. EDT) on Disney Channel.

“Swamp and Sensibility” – When Anne discovers an old friend who has been living a double life, she becomes fixated on helping him be his true self.
*Kermit the Frog guest stars as Crumpet the Frog and Hugh Bonneville (“Downton Abbey”) guest stars as Wigbert.

“Wax Museum” – The family visits a mysterious roadside oddities museum where every treasure comes with a price.
*Alex Hirsch (Disney’s “Gravity Falls”) guest stars as The Curator and Frog Soos.

Have three kids, two boys (15 and 13) and a girl (9). I had a grandfather that watched cartoons and read the Sunday funnies until he passed. I feel the same way and continue to watch the Disney channel in my 40s. Check out our BSCKids youtube channel Current favorite show is DuckTales.
