We are so looking forward to Diary of a Future President on Disney Plus and we have some more information about the second episode as well as a bunch of pictures. While we have not watched any of the episodes just yet, we know the show is going to be a fun watch. For those not familiar with the Diary of a Future President story, you can find a brief introduction below:
“Diary of a Future President”
Elena Cañero-Reed will one day become President of the United States, but for now, she’s navigating her first year in the jungle that is middle school. As a sixth grader in Miami, Florida with her family by her side, Elena documents the pivotal highs and lows of her journey in her trusty diary.
Now on January 24th we will be able to watch the second episode of Diary of a Future President, which is titled “The New Deal”, a very presidential type title. This is where Elena will learn about Gabi’s new boyfriend, Bobby will come to see he has someone at his level on the tennis court, and Sam will help Gabi deal with the loss of one of her favorite food items. We are so excited for this story to start as we really want to see what goes into making a future president. Getting to know the characters and how they interact with Elena prior to her becoming president will make for some good television.
Episode 102 – “The New Deal” | Friday, Jan. 24
After learning Gabi has a new boyfriend, Elena worries about maintaining her role in the family. Bobby meets his match on the tennis court, and Sam helps Gabi deal with the loss of her favorite sandwich when it’s abruptly taken off the lunch menu.
