Macy’s Thanksgiving Cake Spectacular on Food Network will be hosted by Maureen McCormick, with a premiere on November 18th and pay homage to Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons and floats through baking. The show will feature four bakers as they try to win over the judges Buddy Valastro, Susan Tercero and Timbo Sullivan, who was the winner from Macy’s Thanksgiving Cake Spectacular last year.
The winner of Macy’s Thanksgiving Cake Spectacular will not only receive a prize, but also have their work featured at the Macy’s in New York City, receive tickets to the parade, and honestly meeting Maureen McCormick and the judges is also a prize in our book so everyone is a winner. Last year we had Martha Stewart, this year we have Maureen McCormick and we are looking forward to seeing what floats they use for inspiration this year.
Macy’s Thanksgiving Cake Spectacular Special Premieres Sunday, November 18th at 8pm ET/PT
Hosted by Maureen McCormick, four of the country’s best bakers come together to design sweet masterpieces that pay tribute to the beloved Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons and floats. The most successful cake artist will take home the grand prize of $10,000 and have their work featured in Macy’s flagship New York City store, plus receive tickets to the parade. Judges are Buddy Valastro, Susan Tercero and last season’s winner Timbo Sullivan.
