Sophia Lillis Talks Nancy Drew And The Hidden Staircase

Sophia Lillis Talks Nancy Drew And The Hidden Staircase

Sophia Lillis was at the premiere of her film Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase and was able to give a great interview while on the red carpet. Sophie gets a chance to talk about her character of Nancy Drew and talk a bit about the cast of the movie as well.

Warner Bros was “on the case” today with the star-studded red carpet premiere of Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase – in theaters March 15!

You can watch the Sophia Lillis interview below.

Nancy Drew has been the #1 female heroine for young girls since the 1930s. Most female leaders, including Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and Hilary Clinton (who talks about Nancy Drew in her memoir) cite her as a huge influence. Over 80 million books have been sold! The books have been translated in over 45 languages. There have also been other movies, a TV series and Nancy Drew video games. Generation after generation Nancy Drew is re-introduced to new fans – and we think this movie makes for the perfect modern day Nancy Drew!

At the end of the interview Sophia Lillis also gives us a bit about what she thinks the message of Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase is. We are excited to see her in action and look forward to hopefully more Nancy Drew movies in the future.

Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase, an all-new film coming to theaters on March 15 from Warner Bros., Ellen DeGeneres’ A Very Good Production and Red 56.

Have three kids, two boys (18 and 16) and a girl (12). I had a grandfather that watched cartoons and read the Sunday funnies until he passed. I feel the same way and continue to watch the Disney channel in my 40s. Check out our BSCKids youtube channel Current favorite show is Amphibia.
