DUCKTALES – “The Most Dangerous Game… Night”

We are getting new DuckTales on October 20th with the new episode “The Most Dangerous Game… Night” that will air on Disney Channel at 7:30 in the morning so set the alarm.

DUCKTALES – “The Most Dangerous Game… Night” – A game night is anything but relaxing as the family faces shrink rays, a barbaric civilization and an unhealthy level of competitiveness. This episode of “Ducktales” airs Saturday, October 20 (7:30 – 8:00 A.M. EDT) on Disney Channel.

Based on the episode blurb for the first episode of Season 2 we will not see Della Duck this episode or figure out how Lena is in Webby’s shadow, so this is going to be a bit of a filler. While we love the overall story of DuckTales, these other episodes help to fill out the characters personalities and give us some more background to how things will play out. It does not look like the second episode of the season is going to push the story along much either, we hope that there are going to at least be some tidbits of the overall story sprinkled in these episodes. With the Della issue at least explained and Magica gone, there may be a new story arc that gets introduced as well.

This will be a cool adventure episode as we get to see in the photo that Scrooge will be leading the kids somewhere. It almost feels a little bit like it has some things in common with Jumanji and that would be a good thing. We get to see how competitive the family is and we look forward to seeing what this barbaric civilization is about.

This should be a fun episode, but we are already looking ahead to DuckTales “The Depths of Cousin Fethry!” so that we can see Fethry Duck. We understand this episode will be a Halloween special and air on October 27th.
