Cozi Zuehlsdorff and Heidi Blickenstaff Spreading The Word Of Freaky Friday

Cozi Zuehlsdorff and Heidi Blickenstaff were in NY to help promote the Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM) “Freaky Friday” which will premiere on Friday August 10th at 8 p.m. on the Disney Channel. The stars hit up Manhattan’s Broadway theatre district and also made a stop at Sardi’s Restaurant while talking about the new reboot of the comedy.

FREAKY FRIDAY – “Freaky Friday” stars Cozi Zuehlsdorff and Heidi Blickenstaff visited Manhattan’s Broadway theatre district including THE ICONIC SARDI’S RESTAURANT while in New York to publicize their Disney Channel Original Movie. The music-driven, body-swap comedy “Freaky Friday” premieres FRIDAY AUGUST 10 at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

Since this is a television adaption of the Freaky Friday musical which premiered in Washington D.C. in 2016. This was a great new take on the classic story and now we have a movie based on the musical which will be a great way for everyone to get a taste of the musical aspect of the reboot. What is an interesting thought now is does the musical itself get its own semi-reboot on Broadway?

We are going to get a great story with wonderful music and we think that the show will also start to make its way to some amateur productions around the country.
