Gigantosaurus, based on the Jonny Duddle board book of the same name will come to Disney Junior as a new animated series likely in 2019. This brand new preschool series from Cyber Group Studios should be exciting for dino fans as a new take on the fictional age of dinosaurs.
#Gigantosaurus, the brand-new preschool series from @CyberGroupSDs for @DisneyJunior will be the #MIPJunior World Premiere TV Screening!
2019 Worldwide!

While the animation is colorful and the characters look to be entertaining, there is just something off on the way that it feels and moves from first watch. We feel like the strong suit of the show is going to be the characters and the light-hearted feel of the show. We are introduced to Dino-Bees in this clip as well as the roar of the Gigantosaurus, but nothing really scary as it is a preschool series.
With great characters though, we usually get great toys, and the Gigantosaurus license should be a really popular one as dinosaurs really never go out of style among young kids. In this Jurassic world there should be many types of stories for the series to keep it interesting and fun. The book dealt with Bonehead, the lookout of the group, shouting “Gigantosaurus” to scare the other young dinosaurs. Think of the boy who cried wolf sort of story, but with dinosaurs.
