Neater Feeder – Review

The Neater Feeder is one of those products that you just have to try out for a while so you can get the whole picture on how it is going to make your life easier. At the end of the day when I think about my dog, I think about ways to keep her healthy and ways to make my life easier keeping her healthy and happy. The Neater feeder touches on both of those by improving your dogs digestion with the raised height, and obviously keeping your floor cleaner, I have also found a few other things I like about Neater Feeder in relation to my kids as well.

Just so we can paint you a picture, my previous setup before the Neater Feeder was some bowls on a boot tray, something like you would put your boots on to drip on after the snow or rain. The problem was I was always kicking it and still knocking over enough water that it would go on my carpet or when I was trying to put it down the dog would stick her paw in it and knock it over. So it offered up a little protection but not enough to keep my carpet from getting destroyed from food spray or soaked with water.

Also, with the Neater Feeder being off the floor, it means that your pet does not have to get so low to the floor and that can help their digestion but it also means you don’t have to get down so far either. It has been very helpful for someone that has bad knees or back while feeding your pet. It has also helped limit the amount of spills from my young children as I teach them to take care of feeding the dog, because they seem to have an easier time when they know exactly where the bowl has to go and the fact that they don’t have to reach down so far either.

The other thing that we love the Neater Feeder for is the fact with young children it actually keeps your kids away from a feeding pet. No matter how much we love our pets, we know that small hands, and sharp teeth should not mix. Well the product actually keeps your hands away as well as feet. Just another reason for a parent that is also a pet owner should purchase the product.

While I know that offering multiple colors might be a problem in the manufacturing stage, I would still love to see an all white and all black option added to help it fit with certain color schemes. After much testing I can say the Neater Feeder has made both our dog and the human part of our much happier when it comes to feeding time. A product that works better than advertised.
