There is something plesantly relaxing about mashing Moon Dough around in your hand. So much so, that as an adult I wouldn’t mind having some sitting at my desk at work. That being said, this year Moon Dough from Spin Master brings us some new play sets and a formula that we were told is improved over last year.
Before Moon Dough, I would cringe every time the kids asked to play with any other dough or clay-like product. Always a hassle to bring out, what would it stick to this time? And all the dried up flakes that would be stuck in the play sets making it extra messy. Moon Dough lets the kids be creative without the headaches for me, and with the soft, almost silky texture I would be happy to join the kids for hours of fun. The play sets are cute and easy to use even for the littlest kids, figures come out clean and no guessing as to what they are supposed to be, they will also hold their form while handling.
The two new plays sets we saw were the Moon Dough Magic Zoo and the Moon Dough Snack Shop. Kids just love zoo animals and this set also includes winder walkers to make those animals really come to life. A fence mold also means you don’t have to worry about the rest of your Moon Dough town being overrun with animals! Our favorite set was the Moon Dough Snack Shop though. The popcorn maker was great fun and the ice cream cones look good enough to eat. I think this play set would be loads of fun for the whole family.
Moon Dough is an amazing molding compound unlike anything you have ever seen before. Launched last fall, Moon Dough became an instant hit. It is soft and marshmallow-like, cleans up easily, and never dries out so you can use it again and again. Moon Dough is the latest and greatest molding compound that kids love to make their own fun creations!
Mother of three. That does not include the dog or my husband either! We have a full household of fun and we just love trying new products of all varieties. May not watch as many kids shows as the rest of the family though.
