Jennifer Stone of Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars twitter chat

Jennifer Stone of Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars twitter chat

Jennifer Stone has been busy these last few days.  She dropped by Radio Disney yesterday to talk about her new movie, Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars.  She also did a twitter chat with Popstar yesterday as well.  You can see all of the questions and answers over at Jennifer’s twitter account.  You can check out one of my favorite highlights where Jennifer tells us that Harriet is the character that is closest to her real personality.

@NickJGrl @popstarmagazine I’m more like Harriet than any other character I’ve played, but Harriet hasn’t learned certain life lessons yet.

Remember that Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars will be on tonight at 8 pm so make sure you catch it.

Based on the popular Louise Fitzhugh book, Harriet the Spy: Blog Wars starring Jennifer Stone (Wizards of Waverly Place) starts off with aspiring writer Harriet in a competition with her nemesis Marion for the class blogger role.  Both girls must post blog entries everyday for their classmates to read and the writer with the most hits wins.  Harriet starts off slow, but she is determined to beat Marion.  When her movie producer father signs teen heartthrob Skander Hill to star in his next film, Harriet thinks that she has found the perfect subject to write about.  But will her stories about the “real” Skander jeopardize his career and her father’s movie?

Have three kids, two boys (18 and 16) and a girl (12). I had a grandfather that watched cartoons and read the Sunday funnies until he passed. I feel the same way and continue to watch the Disney channel in my 40s. Check out our BSCKids youtube channel Current favorite show is Amphibia.
