Fans of the popular animated series Bluey can get excited for an all-new video game slated for release later this year.
Together, BBC Studios and Gameloft are teaming up to create a new family-friendly title that blends the world of Bluey with photography.
Developed in collaboration with Gameloft Brisbane, Ludo Studio, and BBC Studios, Bluey’s Happy Snaps will launch across multiple platforms in both physical and digital formats. The game is also partnered with Bandai Namco Entertainment and will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC—giving players plenty of ways to jump in.
In the game, Bluey and Bingo discover Dad’s camera and set off on an exciting family adventure. Through the lens, players can explore Bluey’s home and a variety of locations across Brisbane that will feel instantly familiar to fans. Along the way, players will snap photos, create and design scrapbooks, and uncover surprises.
With a wide range of in-series locations featured, players can interact with their favorite settings in a dynamic and immersive way—creating fun memories both in-game and with those they play alongside, while experiencing the charm of the show’s Australian setting.
The game also includes a co-op mode, allowing two players to share in the adventure as Bluey and Bingo. This feature lets players compare their photography skills and work together to capture special moments.
Notably, Bluey’s Happy Snaps will not include in-game purchases and will not require an internet connection, making it an accessible and family-friendly experience.
While a release date has yet to be announced, the game is shaping up to be a great addition to any family game night—a relaxing and creative way to unwind.
