The magic is back with a brand-new teaser for the second half of the animated reboot of the beloved Italian series, Winx Club.
Winx Club: The Magic Is Back is the latest entry in the long-running franchise, serving as a reboot of the original early-2000s animated series. Much like its predecessor, the story follows teenager Bloom as she discovers her magical abilities and enrolls at Alfea, where she forms lasting friendships while uncovering the secrets surrounding her origins.
The first half of season one of The Magic Is Back released globally on Netflix last fall. Following its debut, the series ranked in the platform’s Top 10 across multiple countries and was met with enthusiasm from both longtime fans and newcomers eager to see how the season would unfold after the dramatic finale of part one.
Now, after months of waiting, Rainbow has released a teaser trailer for the second half.
And things are heating up.

Spoilers ahead as we break down the new trailer.
Picking up from the final episode of part one, the teaser highlights major shifts and realizations for our characters.
Bloom, after meeting with the late Princess Daphne, learns that she possesses the Dragon’s Flame. In an unprecedented twist, this once-singular power has been divided between two individuals — Bloom and her twin brother, Damien.
The same Damien who has aligned himself with the Trix and Vexius. The latter, Damien’s father and former aide to the late King Oritel, now seeks the Dragon’s Flame for himself — a goal he advances when Damien relinquishes his portion of the power to him.
After an epic battle between the Winx fairies and a newly empowered Vexius armed with the Dragon’s Flame, neither side claims a true victory. The Trix escape, Vexius and Damien retreat, and the Winx are left to process the fallout.
For Flora, that means confronting her budding romance with Damien. For Bloom, it means facing a flood of questions. While she may better understand her magic — even unlocking a new power-up — she now carries the burden of knowing at least part of the truth. It is no longer just magic burning within her, but a fierce determination to save her brother.
The trailer suggests that the battle’s aftermath weighs heavily on Bloom. She returns to Earth, likely seeking answers from her parents about the existence of a twin she never knew she had. Her mind is filled with questions — about Damien, her destiny, and the true scope of her power.
Thankfully, she has Sky and her friends by her side.
And that support will be essential, as new challenges loom. The Winx will once again face the Trix — and likely Vexius and Damien — in what promises to be an emotionally charged continuation.
To uncover the truth, stop Vexius, and save Damien, Bloom and the Winx will need every ounce of magic they possess.
At the time of writing, neither Rainbow nor Netflix has provided a specific release window for part two, only confirming that it is “coming soon.”
In the meantime, fans have more ways to engage with the reboot. A new graphic novel series from PaperCutz, written by Trevor Mueller, is on the way. Toy partners Playmates Toys and Giochi Preziosi are preparing new collections inspired by the series. Additionally, a new Winx Club video game from Maximum Entertainment is scheduled for release in April.
The magic may be paused for now — but it is far from over.
