Meet the Star Trek Scouts!

Star Trek: Scouts is finally here with episodes showing up on YouTube as we get introduced to three best friends, JR, Roo, and Sprocket. These friends are in training to become Starfleet explorers and have all sorts of fun adventures with their pets Zips, Bubble, and Star. We have caught the first two episodes and they are really fun and introduce a new generation to the wonderful world of Star Trek.

This just makes sense with Disney doing Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures we should have Star Trek representation in the same age category and Star Trek: Scouts does just that. We are really hopeful that this is just the start of something new and there will be full length episodes coming to Nick Jr. at some point. Plus think of all the Star Trek: Scouts toys that we could have! It sounds like there will be around 20 episodes that will release throughout the year.
