Pixar Hoppers Can Be Great, But Will Need Some Help

We have to tell that truth, when we first saw the trailer for Hoppers, we didn’t think it was real, now what that means we don’t know but now that we know that this movie is on the way, we are super excited. Disney and Pixar’s Hoppers, arriving in theaters March 6th, 2026. We know Pixar is looking for a new original hit and this may be it as the animation style is decidedly Pixar which we love and the story feels more relatable in some of the other original movies they have put out. The big thing is they really need to market it well and make sure a corresponding toy line is out as well. The nature humor is always a win for all audiences and everyone seems to be excited by the director as he is also known for creating the Cartoon Network series We Bare Bears. The story has Mabel, who is an animal lover, grabbing the technology to “hop” human consciousness into lifelike robotic animals, that can also communicate with other animals. She will help humankind uncover some interesting mysteries withing the animal kingdom. We love that Pixar is poking fun at itself in reference to Avatar as well so let’s hope the story is as good as we think and Pixar and Disney get the marking out there to make it an original hit.
