KING, EDA, LUZ, MR. TIBBLES

The Owl House brings back Tibbles as we get an episode that gives us a bit more insight into what King dreams of as “Really Small Problems” airs this Saturday, August 1st on Disney Channel. King will confide in a carnival fortuneteller who will make his dreams come true, but there is always a cost as King will soon find out. What are King’s dreams? We are thinking something along the lines of people thinking of him as their King or leader.

While we are still watching The Owl House it has not really grabbed us like we thought it would. While we love the characters there is just not a larger story at play that is interesting and we feel like Luz can just go home anytime she wants. From the last few episodes of the show it seems like she will be going home soon so maybe there will be something that gives us that overall story based on that. There is also not as much horror as we would have thought based on the description of the show. Let us hope that we get a little more from this show in the upcoming episodes.

*Parvesh Cheena (“Outsourced”) returns as Tibbles.

Have three kids, two boys (18 and 16) and a girl (12). I had a grandfather that watched cartoons and read the Sunday funnies until he passed. I feel the same way and continue to watch the Disney channel in my 40s. Check out our BSCKids youtube channel Current favorite show is Amphibia.
