DUCKTALES – “The Lost Harp of Mervana!”

DuckTales is new again this week with “The Lost Harp of Mervana!” airing on Disney XD this Saturday April 18th. This does sound interesting as the crew will join a society of mermaids to help them solve an interesting mystery. Louie has some thoughts that maybe these nice mermaids are not all that nice at all as they may have some sort of evil agenda based on this mystery. We will get Retta (Marietta Sangai Sirleaf) voicing Harp, which we can assume is the Mystical Harp in the title. If you remember the original series also had an episode base on a harp also, and we love that connection.

In the previous episode of the DuckTales reboot this season we also know that the harp was in Isabella Finch’s journal so we are looking forward to how everything turns out. We are hopefully this season has a mystery feel to it, and it seems to be going in that direction.

DUCKTALES – “The Lost Harp of Mervana!” – The family joins a zen mermaid society to find a missing mystery, but Louie is convinced the seemingly innocent mermaids have a villainous agenda of their own. *Retta (“Parks and Recreation”) guest stars as Harp alongside cast members David Tennant (“Doctor Who”) as Scrooge McDuck, Danny Pudi (“Community”) as Huey, Ben Schwartz (“Parks and Recreation”) as Dewey, Bobby Moynihan (“Saturday Night Live”) as Louie, Kate Micucci (“Garfunkel and Oates”) as Webby Vanderquack, Beck Bennett (“Saturday Night Live”) as Launchpad McQuack, Toks Olagundoye (“Castle”) as Mrs. Beakley, Tony Anselmo as Donald Duck and Paget Brewster (“Criminal Minds”) as Della Duck. This episode of “DuckTales ” airs Saturday, April 18 (9:30-10:00 A.M. EDT) on Disney XD.
