The Owl House

The Owl House hype is ramping up as we get a few new videos of the upcoming show, this time with voices! The another great piece of information is that The Owl House is going to premiere in January 2020, not later in the year which is great for all of us. We know Sarah-Nicole Robles, who plays Luz, from Billy Dilley’s Super-Duper Subterranean Summer, which was a good premise but so-so execution for a show. Wendie Malick, who plays Eda has done many shows, but we remember her from Just Shoot Me! and American Housewife. We are over the moon ecstatic for this show and think the animation and artwork are stunning and the voice casting for the show great as well.

The sneak peek has Luz meeting up with Eda as well as an introduction to the King while in the Owl House. We are looking forward to finding out how Luz gets to this new world and based on what Eda says the two worlds are connected. Luz is trying to get back home, but Eda says she will need Luz to help her first. There is a lot of humor in this clip and makes us already praising this show with just a few clips. The Owl House is one of our most anticipated shows of 2020.

Eda welcomes Luz into the Owl House where she meets the “menacing” King of demons…

The Owl House is coming to Disney Channel January 2020!

Luz, a self-assured teenage human girl, accidentally stumbles upon a portal to a magical new world where she befriends a rebellious witch, Eda, and an adorably tiny warrior, King. Despite not having magical abilities, Luz pursues her dream of becoming a witch by serving as Eda’s apprentice at the Owl House and ultimately finds a new family in an unlikely setting.

The second video gives us a look at The Owl House’s end credits and has Luz walking (and sometimes running) past different areas in the magical world and gives us a better look at the amazing animation and background work.

Here’s a sneak peek of The Owl House’s end credits!

Have three kids, two boys (18 and 16) and a girl (12). I had a grandfather that watched cartoons and read the Sunday funnies until he passed. I feel the same way and continue to watch the Disney channel in my 40s. Check out our BSCKids youtube channel Current favorite show is Amphibia.
