Mira, Royal Detective on Disney Junior sounds like it will be a great show with a look at an exciting India culture as Mira, a commoner, gets appointed to the role of royal detective. In this video below from Utkarsh Ambudkar who voices Chikku a comical mongoose, we not only get to see his character but also Mira, voiced by Leela Ladnier, and the other mongoose Mikku who is voiced by Kal Penn.
From what we know about Mira, Royal Detective it will be a mystery-adventure type series as we meet Mira, who is a commoner, but solves a mystery that saves Prince Neel gets the title of royal detective. Mira will continue to solve mysteries throughout the kingdom in the land of Jalpur with Prince Neel, cousin Priya, and the two mongoose sidekicks Mikkyu and Chikku. The cases will encourage things you would expect in a mystery, which is a great parent highlight, and we are all in on the cool toys that will come out of this show as well. Mira, Royal Detective toys will be hot for the holidays in 2020.

MIRA, ROYAL DETECTIVE – Production has begun on “Mira, Royal Detective,” an animated mystery adventure series for preschoolers inspired by the cultures and customs of India. The series is slated to debut on Disney Junior channels and programming blocks around the world in 2020.
