Shark Week Brings New Footwear from Vans

Shark Week on the Discovery Channel has surpassed just being something to watch and has become a pop cultural phenomenon the past few years. With that we have seen all sorts of apparel appear to support the shows, but Vans got into the game this year with some new products and we were able to get our hands on some really cool sneakers that support Oceana and promote Shark Week.

Vans, the original action sports footwear and apparel brand, is diving in with a line of kids and adult footwear, t-shirts and accessories just in time for summer. The collection is launching in July at Vans stores, as well as Footlocker, Nordstrom, PacSun, Urban Outfitters and other specialty retailers, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Oceana, a charitable organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the world’s oceans on a global scale, and Discovery’s charitable partner.

The “Off The Wall” Vans for Shark Week have a great white shark taking a bite out of the Vans logo and that was a great design choice, giving them a distinct look. As with all Vans, they are quite comfortable and you can find them in stores now with other cool footwear and apparel to celebrate Shark Week.
