DuckTales is back tomorrow, and we also were able to get a bunch of information about the upcoming episodes where we will get to hear a bit more about Della Duck’s adventure and also find out what has been going on with Lena.
While we are not certain on the air dates yet, we know that the titles and synopsis line up with what is coming in the near future. There is so much goodness to discuss let us talk briefly about each episode of DuckTales below.
“Treasure of the Found Lamp!” is a play on the original series, DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp and we are hopeful that there will be plenty of Easter Eggs in the episode. “The 87 Cent Solution!” seems like the perfect episode for Scrooge to grow a little bit and lose some of that money obsession. “The Golden Spear!” is what we are waiting for as we get to see Della again and what she has been up to as she tries to come back towards Earth to see her family. “Nothing Can Stop Della Duck!” is continuing the story of Della Duck and how she will get back to Earth, we have a feeling that Della may not end up being a regular character even if she can find her way back to Earth. “Raiders of the Doomsday Vault!” has Dewey on an adventure. “Friendship Hates Magic!” is the episode that we are most looking forward to as we see that Lena is not gone just yet, and who is Violet? “The Dangerous Chemistry of Gandra Dee!” brings back Gizmoduck and his mother.

Tompkins (“BoJack Horseman”) return as Ma Beagle, Selene and Gladstone Gander, respectively.Air Date: 05/09/2019
“The 87 Cent Solution!” The kids must stop Scrooge’s unhealthy obsession with a few missing coins to keep him from becoming the next Glomgold. *Lin-Manuel Miranda (Broadway’s “Hamilton”) and Jim Rash (“Community”) return as Gizmoduck and Gyro Gearloose, respectively.Air Date: 05/10/2019
“The Golden Spear!” As Della rebuilds her ship, Penumbra becomes convinced Della’s planning an attack. Meanwhile, Donald’s nap keeps getting interrupted by adventure.

“Nothing Can Stop Della Duck!” Della Duck has faced every danger the moon has to offer to reunite with her family, but her greatest challenge is one she might not be able to fight her way out of.

“Raiders of the Doomsday Vault!” Dewey tries to prove himself by exploring a frozen fortress in search of a money tree seed, but Glomgold has kidnapped Scrooge in order to find it first.Air Date: 05/15/2019
“Friendship Hates Magic!” Stuck as a shadow, Lena tries to protect Webby from her suspicious new friend Violet during a supernatural sleepover.
*Libe Barer (“Sneaky Pete”) guest stars as Violet. Kimiko Glenn (“Orange is the New Black”) returns as Lena.Air Date: 05/16/2019
“The Dangerous Chemistry of Gandra Dee!”
With Huey’s and Webby’s help, Fenton woos a punk-rock scientist, Gandra Dee, only to uncover her dangerous plans for Gizmoduck.
*Jameela Jamil (“The Good Place”) guest stars as Gandra Dee. Lin-Manuel Miranda (Broadway’s “Hamilton”) and Selenis Leyva (“Orange Is the New Black”) return as Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera/Gizmoduck and Officer Cabrera, respectively.
