DUCKTALES – “Storkules in Duckburg!”

The return of Strokules in the DUCKTALES episode “Storkules in Duckburg!” seems like it could a very funny situation where Louie recruits the hero to his professional monster extermination business. This does not seem to be the biggest challenge though, as he will also have to be Donald’s roommate while in Duckburg. We are loving the fact that we can see Storkules and hopefully his family again as we did think they were great characters, once again though, is this a single episode with no repercussions or character development? Based on the synopsis this is going to be another fun episode that does not build up the story itself.

So Louie is creating a monster extermination business, will Storkules actually be battling monsters or is this a Louie scheme to make some money?

DUCKTALES – “Storkules in Duckburg!” – Louie recruits Storkules for his professional monster extermination business, while Storkules faces his greatest challenge: being Donald’s roommate. This episode of “Ducktales” airs Saturday, November 17 (7:30 – 8:00 A.M. EST)

Where are they going with DuckTales? Are we looking at stand alone episodes that slowly grow the characters or are we going to start seeing some episodes that bring us back to the Della story, the Magica De Spell story or maybe even face a new villain. Heck we would even be happy to see some more treasure hunting from the family, it seems as though we haven’t seen that as much as we would have liked either. Remember the stories from the original that had them on adventures to capture treasure, we haven’t seen so much of that. It was nice to see a bit in the synopsis of the upcoming “Last Christmas!” episode that will find out a bit more about Donald’s family.

Our guess is though, because of the great Storkules character, this will be a fun episode and maybe, just maybe we will get some information that will keep us interested in the larger story.
