We are all missing DuckTales and last week we got a new clip that holds us over until new episodes appear. This videos shows us some shots of both released and unreleased episodes, but the fact is the most interesting part is some of the brief character shots that have us thinking.
The short of it is, we think we are seeing Don Karnage, Goldie O’ Glit, Ponies, Air Pirates and this has us super excited to see if we are going to start seeing a melding of the universes (or really more characters from a shared universe) from some of our favorite older shows. There is also a bird lady, which could be someone we have already seen or someone new. Let us break them down one by one of what our thoughts are of what we see below.
We really think that is Goldie, even though some may think that it is Della. It just seems to early in the series for Della Duck (Donald Duck’s Sister) as that is part of the mystery that Webby and kids are trying to figure out.
So what about those ponies? It seems that these days everyone is making some sort of My Little Pony episode so it will be fun to see where they take this episode.
This Bird Lady that we see briefly, my thought is it could be Magica De Spell in bird form, especially how the last show ended. What are your thoughts on that?
Good Ole Don Karnage seems to show up as well in this short as well. At least we think it is him, plus the scene with that Air Pirates makes us seem to think this is him. The reason this is so interesting is because it would give the TaleSpin characters a hold on this universe. Could you image seeing Kit Cloudkicker? Don’t know if we will see any of the other TaleSpin characters other than Don Karnage as the show is called DuckTales after all. That being said we know we are going to see Darkwing Duck so wish upon a star and maybe just maybe we will see some more of these characters or even other old show guest appearances (can you say Rescue Rangers) in this series.
