The holiday season is upon us and Mickey and the Roadster Racers will be showing its new holiday episode, “Happy Hot Diggity Dog Holiday!”, on Friday December 1st at 10 A.M. EST on Disney Junior. The Hot Dog Hills Ornament Palooza race is being run and for the first time, Chip and Dale are racing without each other to win the Golden Star Tree Topper for themselves.

MICKEY AND THE ROADSTER RACERS – “Happy Hot Diggity Dog Holiday!” – It’s the Hot Dog Hills Ornament Palooza and for the first time, Chip and Dale are racing separately to try to win the Golden Star Tree Topper. This episode of “Mickey and the Roadster Racers” airs Friday, December 1 (10:00 – 10:30 A.M. EST) on Disney Junior.

What we see in the photo though is Pluto filling in for a reindeer and Donald looking like an elf. We get to see Goofy in his Santa hat and Chip in the photo as well. It seems odd that Chip and Dale would not be racing together, and we think they will end up helping each other out at some point. Also winning the Golden Star Tree Topper sounds like a great prize for any of the racers, but the season is really about helping each other out, not about the winning of the race we think. This should lead to a very interesting race among Mickey and the Roadster Racers. The snow may also be a factor as we see a bunch of it in the race, a snowy race should make for some cool racer upgrades.

This is just one of the many holiday episodes of the Disney Junior shows, so stay tuned for a very festive December and make sure to check out the schedule for all of the fun holiday episodes.

Have three kids, two boys (18 and 16) and a girl (12). I had a grandfather that watched cartoons and read the Sunday funnies until he passed. I feel the same way and continue to watch the Disney channel in my 40s. Check out our BSCKids youtube channel Current favorite show is Amphibia.
