Hot Chelle Rae has officially premiered the music video for their newest single titled “Don’t Say Goodnight.” The video was released on VEVO and you can see it below!
“Don’t Say Goodnight” was shot over a 24 hours period with the award-winning video director Dennis Liu who has previously worked with Justin Timberlake, David Guetta, and Sia. The video documents the guys of Hot Chelle Rae running around Los Angeles performing in as many locations as possible guerrilla-style, timestamped all along the way. The new video and song has already been universally loved by fans.
The song was co-written by Hot Chelle Rae band members Ryan Follese and Nash Overstreet along with Jonas Jeberg, “Hookman” Marlin Bonds, Brandyn Burnette, Michael Daly, Kenji Chan and produced by Jonas Jeberg. The group consists of lead singer/guitarist Ryan Follese, lead guitarist Nash Overstreet, and drummer Jamie Follese.
Hot Chelle Rae were winners of the 2011 American Music Award for Best New Artist. They released their sophomore albumWHATEVER that same year, which featured their mega-smash hits “Tonight Tonight” and “I Like It Like That” that sold over 6 million singles. Since the release of their sophomore award-winning album, they spent most of 2012 and 2013 in the studio and on the road including a worldwide headlining tour and support dates with Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift, and Justin Bieber. The band has performed for millions around the world, as well as on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012 Live from Times Square, The American Music Awards Red Carpet Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Today Show Summer Concert Series Live in Rockefeller Plaza, Live with Kelly!, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and CBS Early Show, among others.
