Taylor Swift, pop starlet and I am pretty sure the universe’s only living breathing unicorn, has announced that she will be releasing her third official fragrance aptly called, “Taylor by Taylor Swift.” The 23-year-old singer and musician has already been incredibly successful with her previous fragrances,Wonderstruck and Wonderstruck Enchanted, but said her new one was created in different style than the last two.
Swift shared that “Taylor by Taylor Swift.” will smell like,
“A mix of a lot of things: It’s sweet, it’s sophisticated, it draws you in. It’s really my way of translating classic, yet modern, into a perfume.”
Taylor Swift went on to explain the difference between her last two fragrances and “Taylor by Taylor Swift.”
“My first two fragrances were more about fairytales,” she continued, “but this fragrance is more about my own style, so I wanted the name to be more personal.”
The bottle for the new perfume is also designed for a more mature audience in mind. A sophisticated glass bottle of crystal with a string of pearls is both classy and fashionable.
“Pearls are the one fashion accessory that never seems to go out of style. I keep a strand in my purse, and throw them on whenever I need to dress up my outfit,” Swift added.
“Taylor by Taylor Swift.” will be available in Ulta stores and Ulta.com in late June. You can see the bottle design for the perfume below.
