FireFly Toothbrush from Dr. Fresh – Highlight

FireFly Toothbrush from Dr. Fresh – Highlight

Brushing teeth is a big issue around our house, it is normally met with groans and the occasional eye roll. We are always looking for new ways to get our children excited in brushing their teeth, especially since our middle child just lost his first tooth. Well Dr. Fresh has a great solution to helping your children with the FireFly Toothbrush. It has a light up timer that will flash for a minute allowing your child to brush the top teeth for a minute and by hitting the button again, brushing the lower level for another minute as well. This should hopefully stop the 10 second brushing that can occur in our house.

The toothbrush itself is very well priced to allow everyone to afford one of these helpful toothbrushes, they have been developed for ages 3-12 and are designed for a child to hold and fit into their hand. They are also ADA (American Dental Association) accepted which is a bonus and uses soft Dupont bristles.

You can find the toothbrush in a bunch of different stores including Target, Walmart, Walgreens and many others. There are also a bunch of different licensed characters which include Spider-Man, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Batman, Hello Kitty and other, which have a little bit of a higher price point, and may be even more helpful in getting your children involved in dental care.

Kids comply with Firefly!

Firefly light up technology that helps kids establish good brushing habits. Along with a comfortable handle grip this toothbrush lights up and flashes for 60 seconds, the dentist recommended time for kids to thoroughly brush each row of teeth.

Have three kids, two boys (18 and 16) and a girl (12). I had a grandfather that watched cartoons and read the Sunday funnies until he passed. I feel the same way and continue to watch the Disney channel in my 40s. Check out our BSCKids youtube channel Current favorite show is Amphibia.
