You know that feeling you get when you slip a new shirt over your head for the first time? When you know you have a shirt that is not only confortable, but is going to be put into a fairly regular rotation in your wardrobe? Well, I felt that when I put the Lands’ End Polo on for the first time. There is just a lot to like about this shirt.
So far I have worn the shirt few times, and there really are a few things that make this shirt a step up from shirts that I have wore in the past. I love the fact that is has a fabric tag that does not stick you in the back of the neck. It is a nice and sturdy fabric that did feel a bit softer than I expected from the weight of the shit. This was where I had the “ahhhhh” feeling after putting it over my shoulders the first time. I also liked the fact that the buttons were of good quality and seem like they will hold up well in the wash. I can’t comment yet on the collar, but based on the quality of the rest of the shirt I would expect it to not curl.
Not to worry about your fashion choices, because you have pocket, no pocket, short- and long-sleeved styles, as well as over 20 different colors to choose from. Also, with no logo in the top corner of the shirt to poke you, this makes a perfect golf shirt.
This shirt gets the thumbs up from me. Even better, my wife commented not only on how nice of a shirt it was, but also how it looked great on.
Make sure to take a look at all the colors at Lands’ End Original Mesh Polo page: http://bit.ly/jEGvLJ and then head on over to the contest we are running where you can win a free shirt for commenting.
