fuse PowerSlice – Review

fuse PowerSlice – Review

It is not very often that we find something that is so aesthetically pleasing and functional, but here we are with an absolute beauty of a product in the fuse PowerSlice.  Let me explain what this product is and then why it is something you really need to have.  This is a charger that allows you to decide what type of  devices you want to charge with these slices (which are sold separately).  They have all the different types you would need, and for a family with many different kinds of products this type of all-in-one charger works perfectly.

After getting the device out of the box and opening up the slices that I would be using, it was time to insert them.  This part of the process is a breeze, as they slide in and out fine, but once in place are locked in.  So if you need to swap out slices, it is not a problem.  I also love the ability to actually turn off the charger by using the center button for those people that would like to be green and eco-friendly (this is a great idea that many devices are lacking).  The fact they have the USB charger already built in is also nice, for any of those extra needs.

The Powerslice charger is compact and intelligent! It can charge up to four devices at once using the nifty built in USB port and individual slices (sold seperately). Check out my available hook ups Micro USB,Mini USB. iPod/iPhone, Samsung and LG.

The only things you need to be aware of with the PowerSlice are the same things you would have to be concerned about with any of the non-cable chargers.  An extra-thick case can impact your ability to charge, and you need to make sure you do not try to rip the devices off the charger.  These are only noted, but as as I said, they impact all chargers of this type. The nice thing about the fuse PowerSlice is that they already have that USB charger built in, so you can always go the cable route with your difficult devices.

We have instantly fallen in love with this device for all of the reasons above, but another area where it really shines is as a gift.  Know someone that you think has it all?  A fuse PowerSlice would be the perfect gift.  It is in strong contention for inclusion on our holiday list, and I know a few poeple in our life wjho could use one.  Every friend that has stopped over to the house and has seen the PowerSlice has commented on how cool it is and how functional it is.  It has a high-quality look that fits in with any sort of decor.  Previously I had one of those charging stations that was very cumbersome because of all the cables that you need to have inside of the device to charge your devices.

The PowerSlice has also helped me remember where my phone (or my wife’s phone) is by giving us one place to keep all of the devices when we’re not using them.  If you have a bunch of teenagers, I do not see how you could survive without something like this.  I know my children are always misplacing things, and this way you can have one spot where all the phones (or devices) need to be.
