Sonny with a Chance is one of the new shows that I really enjoyed watching.  We are proud to post the Promo Pictures for the second season of the show, which I am looking forward to.  Demi Lovato really owns the roll of Sonny, but Tiffany Thornton as Tawni is the complimentary Hollywood teenager to Sonny’s Midwestern personality.  Brandon Smith and Doug Brochu play Nico Harris and Grady Mitchell respectively.  The two pairs sync really well with the show both in the acting area and the storyline they are given.  Sterling Knight plays the perfect nemesis to the So Random Show! with his Chad Dylan Cooper character on Mackenzie Falls.  The only gripe I have with the show is that I really do not know if they need the Zora Lancaster character played by Allisyn Ashley Arm as she is a bit out of the age range of the other characters.  Now on to the pictures.

Sonny with a Chance follows the experiences of teenager Sonny Munroe, who becomes the new cast member of a live comedy show, So Random!

I got this release dropped in my email the other day, and I have to mention it because I’m a huge of all things G.I. JOE!. I’ve talked a little JOE here already when I noted the 2010 G.I. Joe Club choices (Big Lob!–check out my extended excitement relayed over at Vogue Immunity!).

Anyways, looks like a new G.I. Joe Magazine is coming from Fun Publications, and if I’m reading this right, replaces the G.I. Joe Club newsletter. Regardless, our copy is coming soon and I will update my findings when it does (probably both here and at BSCreview.com in some form). Check out the press release below:

Fun Publications announces NEW Magazine for the G.I. Joe Collectors’ Club

While it may not be my favorite of the current Disney shows, I always find myself watching it on FIOS demand.  We have good news that we will be getting another year of the Suite Life group and their ship the SS Tipton.  I think the addition of Doc Shaw to the show has definitely helped.  The last episode I saw of London dating royalty while Zack and Marcus Little got croquet lessons from Mr. Moseby was pretty good.

PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN ON THE THIRD SEASON OF
DISNEY CHANNEL’S HIT SERIES “THE SUITE LIFE ON DECK”

Production has begun in Hollywood on Disney Channel’s hit series “The Suite Life on Deck,” a comedy that delivered record ratings in its first two seasons, ranking as TV’s #1 series among Kids 6-11 and, amidst all scripted TV series, in the top two spots among Tweens 9-14 for 2009 and 2008.

A spin-off of the hugely popular “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” the series follows identical twins Zack and Cody Martin, hotel heiress London Tipton, southern belle and Cody’s girlfriend Bailey Pickett and former singing teen sensation Marcus Little on a semester at sea aboard the luxurious SS Tipton. More often than not, the group’s antics make the dutiful cruise ship’s hotel manager, Mr. Moseby, want to walk the plank.

“The Suite Life on Deck” stars Dylan Sprouse as Zack Martin, Cole Sprouse as Cody Martin, Brenda Song as London Tipton, Debby Ryan as Bailey Pickett, Doc Shaw as Marcus Little and Phill Lewis as Mr. Moseby. Recurring cast members are Erin Cardillo as Ms. Tutweiller, Matthew Timmons as Woody and Windell Middlebrooks as Kirby.

Last December we posted a teaser trailer for Marmaduke, a 20th Century Fox movie coming out this Summer, and the international teaser has hit the web, showing more footage! Joining the voice of Owen Wilson will be a pretty hip cast that includes Emma Stone, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Ron Perlman, William H. Macy, George Lopez, Damon Wayans, Amanda Seyfried and Jeremy Piven.

Of course, Marmaduke is based off of the comic strip by Brad Anderson centering around the Winslow family and a Great Dane (Marmaduke!). Be on the lookout for it on June 4th!

BSCkids has been bringing you the word (and video) on the recent tour stops form Nick Jonas and The Administration, including their performances at the People’s Choice Awards as the house band, covering Taylor Swift in Phili, and jamming “Stay” in DC! Now you don’t have to get any more bits, as you can listen to the whole album, Who I Am, at Jonas’ Myspace page NOW! That’s all 10 tracks!

The site also has upcoming our dates for upcoming concerts in LA and Berkley for the next 3 days! The album itself comes out on February 2nd, but is available now for pre-order!

Variety is reporting that both Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore are at least in talks to play roles in a remake of LOL: Laughing Out Loud. The move follows two stories, of mother and daughter, both moving on from their own relationships and dealing with each other.

In the 2008 French film, Christa Theret and Sophie Marceau played the roles of the daughter and mother. The report indicates that the remake will be directed and written by the Director and writer of that previous film (a notion that sounds incredibly boring to me).

If this goes through it, it just mean more Miley as she has set to star in Disney’s The Last Song with Liam Hemsworth (which hits theaters in April). Earlier this month, the young actress/singer took home a People’s Choice Award. Demi Moore has starred in several films, my personal favorites being Ghost and A Few Good Men.
